A Message from Purple Pen...

Once upon a time, two girls went to the mall. Okay, that happens frequently, but stay with me here. They went to the food court for some lunch and decided on Mexican from the Desert Moon Café to satisfy their hunger. One girl received excellent service. One did not. Between the two of them, they had but one customer service survey. Fortunately, they also had two pens, one purple and one blue. The result? A schizophrenic survey the likes of which the corporate offices of Desert Moon have never seen before. No really. I'm sure this thing is hanging on a wall somewhere as an example of why the customer isn't always right, especially if they are bat-shit crazy.
